The FCBB-K6XC-59-76 Break-Out Board provides the necessary terminal block connectors to attach the Encoder, Aux. Encoder and I/O as well as the Cascading Safety Connections. The FCBB-K6XC-59-76 connects directly to the front of the drive and provides cable exiting towards the bottom or back of the enclosure. Encoder, Aux. Encoder & I/O and “Safe-Off” connections each have their own cable connector on the break-out board making it easier to wire and troubleshoot.
In addition, a front mounting “Safe-Off” interconnect cable is provided with each Break-Out Board to connect to the next drive module. Each cable is polarized providing correct connections, module to module.
Cable shield clamps are provide on each cable connector with dual position capability which enables the cables to exit the module either downwards or towards the rear of the drive.
