The FCBB-M9-16 is for networking the Allen-Bradley Ultra 3000/5000 Servo Drives.

The FCBB-M9-16 allows communication cable wiring when multiple Ultra Drives are networked together. It accomplishes this by allowing pass-through wiring from drive to drive.
